Over the years we have worked with various F1 teams to design & manufacture electrical components and Wiring Harnesses. To do this we utilise the latest ECAD computer aided design programs allowing us to produce complex Electrical distribution systems in a very short lead time. Additionally, we are happy to manufacture harnesses to customer supplied drawings.
We have the knowledge, experience, tooling and capabilities to produce complex chassis harness systems to a basic flying lead sensor using System 25 materials & techniques.
Using Industry standard materials such as Deutsch & Souriau connectors as well as Raychem Heatshrink sleeving & moulded shapes, our harnesses are manufactured to the highest standards.
In addition to harnesses Carbon fibre Junction boxes, shrouds & enclosures are an effective, reliable and neat method of installing wiring onto a race car.
We have the capability to design these enclosures in various shapes & sizes, placing connectors in the optimum positions to create neat & robust installations which can be located on engine, gearbox or chassis.
Please note that we can also manufacture these types of enclosures from 3D printing or RP (Rapid prototype) methods to produce more cost effective solutions if required.
